We can manufacture casings with loose stop laths, or a rebated frames with the appropriate intumescent strips.

FD30 Rebated Frames
80 x 30mm Minimum section complete with 15 x 4mm intumescent strips.
Primed for a paint finish:
- Moisture resistant MDF, Redwood, Tulip, Sapele
Hardwoods with a lacquered finish:
- Ash, Beech, Koto, Oak, Maple, Sapele, Walnut, Wenge

Minimum section size of 70 x 32mm Hardwood with a minimum density of 530kg/m³ for leaf size smaller than 900 x 2100mm
Minimum section size of 70 x 32mm hardwood with a minimum density of 640kg/m³ for leaf size larger than 900 x 2100mm
Minimum section size of 70 x 44mm hardwood with a minimum density of 530kg/m³ for leaf size larger than 900 x 2100mm
